• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiological (EP) mapping and navigation system
• Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac solutions products and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business and achieve sales goals
• Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other cardiac solutions products

• High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and drive approximately 25‑50% of the time

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
