• Provide counseling to children and adolescents
• Provide counseling to adults, families, and couples as needed
• Conduct assessments
• Complete clinical documentation
• Facilitate workshops for clients (optional)
• Correspond with clients on a regular basis

• Clinical counseling experience
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Experience conducting assessments
• Experience facilitating workshops – desired

• Current State of Maryland Clinical Counseling or Social Work license (LCPC or LCSW-C) – required

• Minimum of 3‑5 years of professional counseling experience

• Part‑time / Full‑time Independent Contractor (1099)
• Part‑time / Full‑time W2 employee

• Semi‑monthly or Monthly

• People‑oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
• Dependable – more reliable than spontaneous
• Autonomous / Independent – enjoys working with little direction
• Adaptable / flexible – enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction

• Hybrid position, primarily in-person in College Park, MD office; some virtual availability
