• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths, and analyze challenging behaviors
• Oversee the implementation of treatment protocols by directing behavior technicians
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians and ensure treatment adherence
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate treatment progress to stakeholders

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
