Cornerstone Wellness Center – Private Mental Health Practice

Cornerstone Wellness Center is a growing private mental health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. We’re seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee our credentialing process. This role includes managing insurance paneling for new providers, maintaining credentials for existing clinicians, and ensuring our practice stays current with all payer requirements.

• Complete and submit insurance panel applications for new and existing clinicians.
• Manage recredentialing processes and maintain compliance with payer standards.
• Maintain and update provider records, licenses, CAQH profiles, and NPI information.
• Communicate with insurance companies to track application status and resolve issues.
• Utilize Availity and other payer portals for verification, updates, and submissions.
• Identify and apply for new network opportunities in coordination with leadership.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation for all credentialing activities.

• Prior experience with medical or behavioral health credentialing required.
• Strong working knowledge of CAQH, NPI Registry, and Availity portals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Part-time and flexible hours. Remote work is available.

Pay is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process.
