Support Worker, Healthcare Nursing

We’re looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team in Gainsborough. You’ll be working across two vibrant services, supporting some amazing people who love to be social and make the most of every day. Whether it’s catching the latest show, volunteering in the community, or simply enjoying a coffee and a chat – no two days are ever the same.

This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to build genuine relationships, share laughter, and support people in living life their way. You will also be providing support with personal care, finances, manual handling, household tasks, and following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans. You’ll be making a real difference every day.

We offer full-time, part-time, and relief roles with varied shift patterns, sleep-in and weekend shifts are part of the package too so flexibility is key – but in return, you’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive team where your work is truly valued.
