Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA

Employer Industry: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy

• Salary up to $95,000 plus monthly bonus initiatives

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum aged 2-18
• Collect data utilizing Central Reach software
• Meet billable hour requirements: 27 hours for full-time BCBAs and 75% of total hours for part-time BCBAs
• Conduct intake and assessments for clients
• Train parents and collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s Degree in a related field
• Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
• Passion for client success and strong leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Experience in providing ABA therapy to children with autism
• Familiarity with Central Reach or similar data collection systems
• Previous mentorship experience with RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
• Knowledge of current best practices in ABA therapy
