Shift NotesMonday through Friday 8:30 a.m.
-5:00 p.m., with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Additional hours could be expected including evenings and weekends.
As a member of this skilled team, there are multiple levels of support and training. The Home-Based Program harnesses compassion and empathy, providing clinicians with the tools to facilitate high‑level, intense, interpersonal work with youth and families who need it most. Therapists use a trauma‑informed approach with capacity to do further work in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT). A flexible schedule offers potential for therapists to meet their clients’ needs as well as flex time off and work a shorter work week.
Qualifications- Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, or counseling
- Valid Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LLP, or the respective limited license)
- 1+ year experience working with children/adolescent patients
- Valid driver’s license with favorable driving record
- Ability to travel to youths’ homes, schools, and community throughout the day
- Must meet the requirements for Childrens Mental Health Professional (CMHP) within 120 days of hire
- Provide home‑based therapy to children and adolescents using evidence‑based practices
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the client electronic health record
- Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills
- Ensure compliance with state and agency ethical and regulatory standards
