Home Health Part-time Register Nurse

• Provide non‑medical home care to home health patients in accordance with their care plan.
• Conduct comprehensive home health assessments for new and existing patients, evaluating their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.

• Active RN license in the state of Maryland.
• Previous experience in home health care is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
