Role Description

• Opportunities to provide individual therapy, group therapy, couples and family therapy, assessments, and supervision of post-doctoral fellows.
• Offer specialized care for clients with general presenting problems as well as your area of expertise. At our Hastings clinic we see many individuals seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, relational concerns, OCD, and school challenges.
• Develop strong rapport with clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to reach clients who may benefit from remote services.
• Stay current with best practices in psychology and ongoing learning opportunities through continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.
  
  D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution (U.S. or Canada)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
• Experience working with children a plus

Hastings is a short commute from multiple desirable cities to call home (if you choose not to call Hastings home that is!),

including Cottage Grove, Woodbury, Red Wing, and Rosemount.

Pay (full-time): $120,000 - $140,000 per year
