Board Certified Behavior Analyst; remote

Employer Industry: Behavioral Health Services

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
• Develop and revise individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBA candidates
• Train and support caregivers and staff in implementing ABA strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to support client goals

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Current NJ LBA
• Master s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children and adolescents in home/community settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
