Responsibilities
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations
Plan and implement individualized therapy programs (IEPs)
Work on fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, and daily living skills
Support self-care skills such as feeding, dressing, and hygiene
Address sensory processing and regulation needs
Maintain therapy records, progress notes, and reports
Collaborate with special educators, speech therapists, psychologists, and parents
Guide parents and caregivers for home-based activities
Participate in team meetings and case discussions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid registration with appropriate council (where applicable)
Freshers or experienced candidates may apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, child-centred approach
