Overview
The Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) Clinical Supervisory Pharmacist fulfills the duties and responsibilities of supervisor of personnel assigned to the PACT Clinical Programs Section of Pharmacy Service. As a supervisor, this position is responsible for the control of the policies, procedures, operations, and ongoing development of this section.

:
- Supervision of Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) clinical pharmacy practitioners, Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) clinical pharmacy practitioners, and clinical pharmacy technicians.
- Collaboration with pharmacy leadership on matters related to medication usage, medication shortages/conversions, patient safety, and other issues related to pharmaceutical care.
- Planning and coordinating educational programs related to pharmacotherapy for pharmacy and medical staff.
- Coordination, assignment, and supervision of pharmacy clerkship rotations for Doctor of Pharmacy students and pharmacy residents precepted by pharmacists in the section.
