Role Description

We are currently recruiting for licensed psychologists, counsellors, and social workers. This clinician may assist in the provision of individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and psychological assessment. Additional tasks may include collaborating with healthcare teams, and engaging in case consultations. The hybrid nature of the role allows for both in-office work and remote work.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in providing individual and/or group therapy, as well as creating and managing personalized treatment plans
  • Current, independent licensure as a psychologist, counselor, or clinical social worker.
  • Strong skills in psychotherapg, diagnostics, and clinical documentation
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to using evidence-based practices and staying informed about advancements in psychological science
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all professional interactions
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Mississippi
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
