• Manage a portfolio of privacy-related inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate handling
• Conduct thorough investigations related to patient privacy matters, including interviews and audits
• Assist patients in exercising their privacy rights and prepare formal correspondence as needed
• Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and corrective action plans
• Develop and implement educational materials and training sessions for staff on privacy issues

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience in privacy regulations and compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with applicable laws
• Knowledge of federal and state compliance program requirements related to patient privacy

• Experience in investigating privacy-related complaints and concerns
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and privacy regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
• Experience in developing and presenting educational materials
