  • Competitive Compensation: $75-$105 per session with guaranteed pay for cancellations and no-shows (Compensation is determined based on caseload size, language skills, and licensure in other states where we have operations)

    Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends

Qualifications And Other Requirements
  • Licensed Professional with LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT credentials in the State of Washington
  • Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
  • Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet connection
  • Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity
  • Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F)
Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students ages 5-19
  • Choose your specialty: family therapy (ages 5-12), individual therapy (ages 10-19), or both
  • Build trusted relationships with students and families
  • Collaborate with school counselors and other providers
  • Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
  • Contribute to the development of clinical programs

Minimum caseload: 5 sessions per week

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
