We are launching a home-based EIDBI ABA program in Norway Health Center, supporting children and youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental needs. We utilize positive reinforcement within an ABA framework to build skills, teach new abilities, and reduce behaviors that limit independence. Our goal is to strengthen families, promote inclusion, and provide high-quality, ethical services in the home and community.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, and ongoing evaluation of ABA interventions delivered in the home and community. The BCBA collaborates closely with parents, educators, RBTs/therapists, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure a holistic and person-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional and skills assessments to identify client needs
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans aligned with family goals and culture
- Provide and oversee evidence-based home and community ABA intervention
- Train and support caregivers to promote generalization
- Maintain accurate documentation per EIDBI and professional standards
- Supervise and coach behavioral therapists or RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience with behavior assessment, behavior management, and home-based ABA services
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency with electronic documentation tools
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with ability to work independently
- Competitive salary; 75,000. USD per year
