Seeking Autonomous, Caring Physical Therapists for Home Visits. Multiple opportunities are available. Options range from Full-time to part-time, part-time with benefits, Per diem and Float positions.

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical condition, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy to 1 patient at a time, including therapeutic interventions for improved functional outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
