We’re currently hiring a full‑time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Kansas‑based partners.

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide both individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan), with diagnoses including general mental health and SMI.
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

• Setting: 100% Remote | outpatient clinic based out of Kansas.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week, with 3 days being after 5pm CST required.
• Appointments: 60‑90 minutes for initial evaluations, 30‑60 minutes for follow‑up appointments.
• Administrative time: 1‑2 hours per week.
• Caseload: 6‑8 clients scheduled per day.

• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• Active Kansas LSCSW license required.
• Full‑time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours.
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Smart Care is a plus!).
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
