Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma

Role Summary

This role is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who prefers structured workdays and meaningful clinical outcomes. You will deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. The focus is on practical intervention, relational patterns, and long-term progress rather than volume-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely
• Complete clinical intakes and relational assessments
• Design and adjust treatment plans based on session outcomes
• Document sessions accurately and on schedule
• Apply evidence-based family systems approaches
• Follow Oklahoma LMFT practice standards and ethics

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with relational and systemic issues
• Comfortable providing therapy in a telehealth setting
• Strong organization and documentation skills
