Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver mental health services through a secure telehealth platform. This role supports clinicians who prefer a predictable schedule and clearly defined responsibilities. Your work will focus on assessment, therapy, and follow-through, allowing you to build continuity with clients while maintaining high clinical standards in a remote environment.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
• Complete psychosocial assessments and care planning
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with care teams on clinical needs
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory guidelines

• Active North Carolina LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience in mental health or outpatient services
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and EHRs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
