Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina

We are hiring a Virtual Mental Health Therapist to deliver consistent therapy services in a fully remote environment. This role is built for clinicians who prefer defined workflows and a reliable caseload. Your daily work centers on therapy sessions, clinical decision-making, and documentation, supported by systems that keep care organized and efficient.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Establish and update treatment plans
• Complete clinical notes and progress documentation
• Communicate with clinical teams as needed
• Follow state, ethical, and organizational guidelines

• Active North Carolina LCMHC, LCSW or LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
