At our Rocklin headquarters, the Bilingual Patient Call Center Representative (also known as Concierge Associate - Patient Onboarding) will handle incoming calls from new and returning patients, scheduling them with available therapists in Luna’s network. The ideal candidate will work efficiently, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism to ensure high customer service and patient satisfaction.
What you will do:- Manage registration, scheduling, and rescheduling for all patients
- Record management: ensure accurate collection and communication of patient information (identification, history, insurance, policies, instructions, intake forms, etc.)
- Receive, screen, and coordinate calls from healthcare providers
- Make outbound calls and send emails to patient leads
- At least 1 year of office admin experience
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Call center or high call volume experience preferred
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English
