Access, Urgent & Primary Care. This initiative brings together all crisis and front door services to be aligned and operating as a Single Point of Access and future proofed to deliver 'Open Access' as detailed in the Mental Health Delivery plan. Creating a seamless, responsive, and person-centered approach to mental health support.
We are seeking an inspirational Deputy Head of Nursing to join our leadership team and help drive this transformation. This is your opportunity to make history, influence strategy, and deliver care that truly changes lives. You will lead nursing excellence across urgent and primary mental health pathways, champion innovation and accessibility in mental health services and empower teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for every individual.
