About Us: Blue Light Therapies LLC is a privately owned ABA clinic in Las Colinas, Irving area and Farmers Branch. We service children ages 2 through 9 who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Our center and in home based approach utilizes instructional control that can be established in a clinical setting as well as intensive in home training to generalize behaviors across settings.

Blue Light puts heavy emphasis on the importance of early intervention and parent training for children with autism.

We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians that follow our Blue Light Core Values "WE". Blue Light's core values require all team members to have integrity, honesty, dependability, positive attitude, and to display teamwork.

Job Duties:

• Implement 1:1 ABA therapy with children with autism in the clinical and home setting
• Ability to collaborate with BCBA and team members
• Ability to build rapport with parents and clients
• Strong clinical skills in implementing ABA principles
• Ability to collect data and have a basic understanding about DTT

Requirements:

• RBT (preferred)
• Minimum of one-year direct experience working with children (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills (required)
• A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from management (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$21.00

Schedule: 8 hour shift
