• Supervise and mentor treatment teams of technicians in ABA program implementation
• Manage patient services in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
• Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and coaching sessions for team members
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient notes, data, and treatment plans in the SKILLS database
• Train and support patients' guardians and family members on treatment techniques

• Minimum of two years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field from an accredited institution
• BCBA certification required
• Proven experience in achieving high levels of patient treatment excellence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and program designs for children of varying skill levels
• Proven people-management skills and excellent administrative capabilities
