Senior Analyst, Medical Economics - REMOTE

• Extract and compile data to support executive decision-making and analyze claims for trends related to medical care costs
• Analyze financial performance across Molina products and communicate findings to leadership
• Collaborate with clinical and provider teams to provide insights and track key performance indicators
• Design reports to monitor health plan performance and identify root causes of medical cost trends
• Lead projects by performing ad-hoc analyses and developing financial reports

• At least 3 years of healthcare analytics and/or medical economics experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, healthcare management, or a related field
• Demonstrated understanding of Medicaid and Medicare programs
• Proficiency in data retrieval and experience with dashboard building in Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and effective communication abilities

• Proficiency with Power BI and/or Tableau for building dashboards
