• Conduct supervision and parent training for clients
• Maintain clear and open communication with the back office
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior plans tailored to individual needs
  
  Utilize software-based tools to manage tasks efficiently

• Minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Proficiency in data collection and behavioral therapy techniques
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices
• Experience in creating individualized behavior intervention plans
