Touching Hearts at Home is seeking Exceptional Caregivers (Care Partners) to provide personal one-on-one care for the elderly and disabled and to help put the “heart” into home care.

• Provide an accurate schedule of your availability so we know when you are available to pick up hours and serve our clients regularly
• Communicate effectively and regularly to Touching Hearts at Home office staff
• Assist seniors and adults with activities of daily living (Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, transferring, walking, climbing stairs, eating, shopping, cooking/meal preparation, PT and medication reminders, using the phone, internet, Face Time and Zoom, housework to include light housekeeping, daily sanitization of living areas, laundry)
• Assistance with driving (in the client's car or your vehicle), accompaniment to doctors appointments
• Must be compassionate, caring, empathetic, and exceptional (have high expectations for yourself and your performance)
• Attention to detail to notice changes in client health, appearance, and behavior
• Provide personalized care according to the customized Care Plans
• Assist clients to be safe, happy and healthy in their home, nursing home, hospital, rehab center, hospice, or wherever it is that they call home!

We offer competitive pay depending on experience and certifications, AND flexible scheduling based on the hours of availability that YOU decide! We have days, nights, weekdays, weekends, 4‑hour shifts, 8‑hour shifts, 12‑hour shifts, overnights, daytime and holidays available. We are hiring professional & compassionate caregivers with at least two years of demonstrated experience. Requirements of the position:
Driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation.

All qualified candidates must complete a successful background check and drug test. All Care Partners must perform at an exceptionally high level with the highest regard for compassionate personalized care and integrity.
