BCBA Clinical Director

Our Compensation Package:
Up to $120,000 annually with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.

Monthly Performance Bonuses:
Rewards begin after 26 hours of treatment delivery per week.

Mentorship Bonuses:
Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master’s in ABA.

Certification Bonuses:
Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Remote Work Benefit:
Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.

  Mentor and train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice with Dr. Greg Hanley.
• Research & Innovation:
  Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality.

Clinical Guidance: BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring leading clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.

Continuing

Education:

Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center.
