Specialist, Member Engagement; Remote in WI

• Provide direct assistance to members and their families who are unable to resolve issues or complaints independently
• Assist members in the complaint and appeal process, informing them of their rights and advising on appropriate actions
• Conduct focus groups to ensure member needs are being addressed in service delivery
• Educate members on available covered services, including preventive services
• Participate in annual training related to member complaints and appeals, focusing on advocacy and engagement

• High School diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer advocacy, and/or healthcare systems
• Experience conducting intake, interviews, and/or research on consumer or provider issues
• Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and mental health issues
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
