Qualifications- Master’s level degree or higher in a related field.
- Full, unencumbered licensure in Washington (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
- Self‑motivated, reliable, committed to results, continuous improvement, strong relationships, kindness, inclusivity.
- Ability to commute to our Bellevue office 2–3 times weekly.
- Bonus: training in EMDR, IFS, DBT, CPT, TF‑CBT, Gottman, EFCT, IPT, PCT, or ART; or transferring an existing caseload.
