What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and deliver targeted training solutions, including new hire onboarding and recurrent team training
  • Facilitate courses while demonstrating desired behaviors and effective communication
  • Evaluate trainee performance readiness and provide personalized feedback to help learners succeed
  • Collaborate with training colleagues to enable knowledge sharing across the organization
  • Identify and recommend process improvements in training and development
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of internal and/or external virtual and in-person training experience
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry or strong knowledge of the industry
  • Proven ability to apply adult learning best practices in training development and delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels

  • Experience in supporting, training, and motivating others to perform well
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines
  • Ability to seek feedback and implement improvements effectively
