Senior Regional Dietitian

Salary: $103,000-$125,000 annually

Location: Hybrid (CA, OR, or WA home-based + 60% weekly travel)

Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Regional Dietitian to join our team in our California/Oregon/Washington market. As a key member of our food and nutrition team, you will provide expert dietetic services to our clients and drive high-quality patient care. • Coordinate and oversee any training programs with incoming and existing regional dietitians
• Inter‑departmental coordination with community Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Food and Nutrition Services (FANS) Managers, etc.
• Act as liaison between Clinical and Operations departments to both align and carry out initiatives for the better of the community, its residents and patients, and the organization
• Develop sustainable training programs and train both existing Registerd Dietitians and newly hired RDs to ensure proper onboarding to the organization and adherence to policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Management of documentation and food service audits within the communities and the regional department

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field
• Required:
  
  National registration (RD)
• Required:
  
  State Licensure for RD (OR or WA only)
• Required:
  
  Minimum 3 years of experience in the Skilled Nursing Facility environment
• Required:
  
  60% travel (ex: Tuesday-Thursday)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and nutrition software
