Senior Regional Dietitian
Salary: $103,000-$125,000 annually
Location: Hybrid (CA, OR, or WA home-based + 60% weekly travel)
Job SummaryEvergreen Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Regional Dietitian to join our team in our California/Oregon/Washington market. As a key member of our food and nutrition team, you will provide expert dietetic services to our clients and drive high-quality patient care. Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee any training programs with incoming and existing regional dietitians
- Inter‑departmental coordination with community Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Food and Nutrition Services (FANS) Managers, etc.
- Act as liaison between Clinical and Operations departments to both align and carry out initiatives for the better of the community, its residents and patients, and the organization
- Develop sustainable training programs and train both existing Registerd Dietitians and newly hired RDs to ensure proper onboarding to the organization and adherence to policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Management of documentation and food service audits within the communities and the regional department

Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field - Required:
National registration (RD) - Required:
State Licensure for RD (OR or WA only) - Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Skilled Nursing Facility environment - Required:
60% travel (ex: Tuesday-Thursday) - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
