Virtual Assistant

Role Description
We are looking for a  detail-oriented and patient-focused Virtual Assistant  to support the  front office operations of a US medical practice . The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration and strong communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, respond to voicemails, and handle patient inquiries professionally
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, documents, and instructions
Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Manage provider calendars and clinic schedules
Handle referral coordination and follow-ups
Maintain daily task logs and productivity reports

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a  medical front office / virtual healthcare role
Familiarity with  EMR/EHR systems  (e.g., eClinical

Works, DrChrono, etc.)
Knowledge of  insurance verification and appointment workflows
Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup
