Monday – Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off), 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM, 8 hours/day

Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Intervention
Conduct speech and hearing assessments for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Perform hearing tests and provide appropriate interventions.
Conduct speech therapy sessions tailored to individual needs.
Recommend and distribute hearing aids as required.
Community Outreach & Follow-up
Conduct home visits and follow-up services for patients.
Organize and conduct screening camps for early identification and intervention.
Support families and caregivers with guidance for home-based therapy activities.
Training & Documentation
Organize and conduct training programs for staff, caregivers, and community members.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and interventions.
Document progress and prepare reports for the project coordinator.
Other Responsibilities
Undertake any other activities assigned by the Project Coordinator to support project implementation.
Educational Qualifications
BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) or equivalent.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with children with developmental disabilities.
RCI registration as a professional Speech Therapist.
Experience in community-based rehabilitation and disability projects is desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.
Empathetic, compassionate, and sensitive towards the needs of children.
Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information.
