Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Licensed (RCI) Clinical Psychologist based in Bengaluru, with both in-office responsibilities and the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological evaluations and assessments, and create tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities include identifying the relevant test, adminsitering it and generating a report with an RCI licence number mentioned on it.

Qualifications

Fresher/Experienced Professional with an Active RCI license to determine and administer relavent psychometric tests

Proficiency in Psychology and a proven understanding of Mental Health principles.
Experience in Psychological Testing and conducting evidence-based standardised mental health assessments.
Expertise in Counseling Psychology and delivering therapy across different demographics.
Capability to provide Clinical Supervision and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience in working with specialized populations, including children and adolescents, is an advantage.
Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology
