As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children with behavioral needs while supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care.
Your role involves collaborating closely with families to set goals, monitor progress, and promote positive outcomes in a compassionate, play-focused environment. Total Compensation Package from $84,000 to $117,670 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
* BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.
Monthly Performance Bonuses:
Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
Sign On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
Mentorship Bonuses:
Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!
Certification Bonuses:
Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Remote Work from Home Days:
Up to 52 days per year- to focus on treatment documentation - giving you protected time to stay ahead, avoid burnout, and provide your best clinical work.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime hours.

Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days-no guilt, just rest.
Manageable Caseloads:
You’ll support up to 8 children, so you’re set up to succeed without burning out.

Continuing
Education:
A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
