Join Our Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist – Make a Difference in Women's Health!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology professional to provide comprehensive care within a reputable clinical setting. This vital role offers an opportunity to impact women's health through both clinical practice and collaborative patient management. Join us starting February 2, 2026, and be part of a team committed to excellence and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality OB/GYN services in a Clinic operating Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Participate in hospital call rotations (1:3), including overnight and weekend coverage, with rounding for approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily for labor, delivery, or postpartum patients.
  • Document patient contact hours accurately, including call-back hours, with supporting notes as per record audit standards.
  • Conduct telephone consultations and review medical records as part of the call support, without being required to be on-site during call hours.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements, including verification of call-back hours and reasons.
Required Skills:
  • Current Washington State medical license or valid IMLC
  • Proven experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Additional certifications in women’s health or related specialties
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB/GYN
  • Malpractice insurance with a clean history
Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and call rotations
  • Willingness to document and verify call-back activities meticulously
  • Ability to work remotely during call periods when appropriate, without on-site presence
  • Compensation includes a start rate of $1.00/hour
