• Lead and manage multiple complex projects to enhance healthcare quality and patient safety
• Analyze clinical quality data and develop action plans for quality improvement initiatives

• Mentor junior staff members and collaborate with leadership on quality initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare quality improvement or project management
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
• Proficiency in data collection, organization, and analysis
• Competence in computer software, particularly Microsoft Office

• Experience with Project/Performance Improvement (PI) principles, such as Lean Six Sigma
• Familiarity with healthcare quality programs and initiatives
• Background in clinical transformation or value-based care initiatives
