• Pre‑register and schedule patient appointments for assigned services with appropriate providers
• Direct calls to the appropriate area for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
• Receive requests for information and ensure timely distribution of materials
• Schedule, admit, and pre‑authorise insurance for all patients in the assigned area
• Act as the first point of contact, providing empathetic and compassionate solutions to patients

• Minimum of 2 years in a direct customer‑facing sales or service setting
• Ability to effectively communicate and remain calm in critical situations
• Experience working in a remote environment while maintaining quality and performance expectations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work part‑time hours, including weekends

• Associate of Arts degree or completion of a medical terminology program
• 2 years of experience in a medical setting
