Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist (Full-time Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm)

$24.00 – $25.00 per hour

Nonotuck Resource Associates is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated financial professional to support our mission of helping people live meaningful, connected lives in their communities. In this role, you’ll handle billing for state agencies and private pay sources, maintain compliance with financial regulations, post billing entries, and help keep our financial forecasts accurate and up to date. You’ll also assist with contract reconciliation, monitor contract usage, and support the preparation of new program budgets and contract amendments.

Additionally, you’ll ensure caregiver contracts and stipend levels are accurate and properly linked to the right state funding sources.
