- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or clinical discipline and 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Understanding of PACS/DICOM and hospital work environments, with customer-facing experience
- Excellent problem-solving, management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to independently complete tasks on time with minimal guidance
- Must meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements
- PMP and Six Sigma certifications are a plus
- Experience in healthcare technology project management
- Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring systems
