Job Title: Remote Social Worker

Hourly Pay: $28 - $34/hour

We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker to provide support to individuals and families facing life challenges. You will assess clients' needs, offer emotional support, and guide them toward resources that improve their well-being. • Assess clients' social, emotional, and financial needs and create care plans
• Provide emotional and psychological support to individuals, families, and groups
• Advocate for clients to access social services and community resources
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
• Offer crisis intervention and assist clients through difficult life events
• Educate clients on available services, rights, and resources
• Maintain accurate case records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Provide referrals to specialized services like mental health counseling and addiction recovery

• Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) or related field (MSW preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in social work or related roles
• Strong understanding of social work principles, ethics, and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help others overcome challenges
• Valid state licensure and certifications as required
