Change is seeking a contract‑based Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing integrated care team. This is a hybrid role, based in Peachtree Corners, GA, with flexibility for partial remote work.
The PMHNP will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, provide medication management, and collaborate closely with therapists to deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care. This role is ideal for a clinician who values collaboration, ethical prescribing, and trauma‑informed practice, and who enjoys working with diverse and underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication follow‑up appointments
- Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications ethically and thoughtfully
- Collaborate with therapists and leadership within an integrated care model
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Provide compassionate, trauma‑informed care across the lifespan
- Active PMHNP-BC certification and a valid Georgia state license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Strong clinical judgment and experience in psychiatric care
- Commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive practice
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a hybrid (in‑person and telehealth) environment
- Experience working with diverse communities strongly preferred
- Quality over volume

- Pay Rate: $70 - $80 per patient‑facing hour
- Expected Caseload: 20–25 patient‑facing hours per week
- Performance Bonus: Up to $15,000 after 12 months of consistent caseload and quality metrics
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Flexible, hybrid (telehealth + in‑office)
Compensation is structured to support ethical care, quality outcomes, and provider sustainability, not volume‑based pressure.
