• Licensed in Colorado with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Must live in Colorado (this is NOT a 100% remote position and requires in‑office presence)
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA
• Must have 1 year PMHNP experience
