In Home Therapist – Full Time or Part Time
In-Home Youth & Family Therapist Opportunity – 24, 32, or 40 hours per week
Responsibilities- Facilitate intensive in‑home family therapy sessions with youth under 21 and their families to improve family support and promote healthy functioning.
- Co‑facilitate sessions, treatment planning, and case management with a Bachelor’s‑level Therapeutic Training & Support Staff (TT&S) assigned to your cases.
- Complete paperwork such as progress notes, comprehensive and CANS assessments, safety plans, treatment plans, etc.
- Provide availability for crisis intervention, crisis calls, and skills coaching as needed.
- Coordinate frequently with collateral contacts regarding treatment plan goals and progress.
- Identify and utilize community resources; provide aftercare referrals to sustain treatment progress.
- $200/month Student Loan Repayment

Position Structure – Client Diagnoses
We see a variety of diagnoses and presenting problems such as trauma, behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, ODD, etc., providing a broad clinical experience.
- Hiring for both part‑time (24 hours) and full‑time (32 or 40 hours) staff.
- Create your own schedule based on your and your client’s availability.
- Typical work day hours vary; sessions often occur in the afternoons after school, but scheduling during the day or on weekends is possible.
- Work from home outside of sessions with a provided laptop for documentation and Zoom as needed; office presence is optional.
Caseload
Depends on status: part‑time (24 hours) may have 4–6 cases; full‑time may have 8–10 cases. No set client limit—work up to the required hours.
Areas of Service
Service the Southeast Region of MA:
Attleboro, Taunton, Mansfield, Foxboro, and surrounding areas. New Bedford/Fall River cases for clinicians residing in that area. Aim for a centralized location to reduce travel.
Crisis Stabilization
Clients can call for crisis support. We create safety plans with protocols and designated supports. If unavailable, direct to our 24‑hour crisis line.
Supervision
1 hour per week of face‑to‑face supervision with a licensed clinician (in‑person or Zoom). Weekly group supervision is also offered.
Staff Meeting
Mandatory 1‑hour weekly on Thursdays 12–1 pm, typically via Zoom with one in‑person meeting per month (COVID dependent).
- Progress notes and billing for the week are due on Monday by 2:00 pm.
- CANS assessments and treatment plan updates due every 3 months.
- No electronic record system yet; fill‑in electronic versions provided and admin staff file charts.
- We obtain your insurance authorizations for convenience.
Telehealth
Both telehealth and in‑person socially distant sessions with masks are offered. Families decide the modality; hybrids are common.
- Master’s degree in counseling or social work (or related field).
- Second‑year master’s students may qualify for a paid internship.
- Licensure or licensure eligibility preferred.
- Outpatient or home‑based social work experience preferred.
