Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Conduct assessments and create tailored behavior plans
• Supervise ABA programs and staff members
• Provide support and training to caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with a team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience supervising RBTs or technicians
• Strong clinical and decision‑making skills
• A growth mindset and cultural responsiveness

• Previous experience working in diverse environments or with varied client populations
• Additional certifications in related fields
