Our client is a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to delivering personalized nutrition and wellness services. The company specializes in evidence-based nutrition counseling, often working with individuals who manage chronic conditions or seek preventive care. They are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join the team!
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for providing expert nutrition and dietary guidance to individuals or groups to promote optimal health. This includes assessing nutritional needs, developing personalized meal plans, educating members, and collaborating with the entire Health and Care Support Team. The RD ensures that all recommendations align with current scientific guidelines and regulatory standards.
Active state licensure in AL, FL, NC, NJ, NY, PA, or VA, or ability to obtain multi-state licensure required.
This is a remote position.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus, but not required.
Essential Responsibilities Include- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from CDR required.
- Active state licensure in AL, FL, NC, NJ, NY, PA, or VA, or the ability to obtain multi-state licensure, is required.
- 2+ years of clinical nutrition experience required.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfort with telehealth technology required.
- Experience in chronic disease management and value-based care across underserved populations, including individuals with disabilities, uncontrolled diabetes, post-acute care needs, uncontrolled hypertension, and other complex conditions, preferred.
- Certification in obesity and weight management (CSOWM) or diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) preferred.
- Familiarity with Remote Patient Monitoring tools preferred.
- Patient-centered approach, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Open to learning and receptive to receiving feedback.
- Ability to manage time effectively and build clinical efficiency.
