Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead

Position: Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead (Permanent)
Our Client based in Acton looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead to work on a Permanent basis with in their friendly and supportive team.

The role is permanent, Ideally full time 5 days per week

Hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 days remote working

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.

The

Job Role Includes:

Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
Supporting all aspects of OH remit
Support with recruitment and training need
Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency review with individuals
Meeting the strategic aims of the Emergency response, treatment and OH service
Working closely with sight operations and multiple stakeholders on Multiple Sites.

Experience / skills required;

NMC Registered Nurse
OH Degree/Diploma essential
Case management experience essential
Line management experience essential
