Storybook ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote team. This role offers flexible scheduling, a software‑based workflow, and support to help you thrive.
Responsibilities- Conduct supervision and parent training.
- Maintain clear communication with the back office.
- Develop and update instructional programs for language, social, and communication domains.
- Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans.
- Minimum of a master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (mandatory).
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in data collection and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Knowledge of special education frameworks and behavioral health practices (plus).
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Flexible schedule.
